Plot: Set in 1990s Punjab, near the India-Pakistan border, “Soohe Ve Cheere Waleya” tells the heartfelt story of “Sooba” (Nirvair Pannu), a well-educated young man who runs a telephone shop yet feels incomplete without his ancestral land.
